主人公は幼年期、祖母と共に海と山で囲まれた小さな島で過ごしていたものの
親の仕事の都合で、仲の良い友と離れ、病弱な妹を残し、島を離れることになった。
将来に対して、漠然とした不安と漫然とした日々に希望ももたず、
ただなんとなく日々を過ごすだけの空気人間となりかけていた主人公の元に、
小さな転機になる出来事が。
それは、来年度から実施される姉妹校同士の交換学生制度に選ばれたこと！
転校生として、島へと戻ってきた主人公。
むかし懐かしい思い出と共に彼を待っていたのは、成長した姿の妹や仲間たち。
