杉桶仕込みの天然醸造で香りが良く、まろやかな味わいです。厳選された国産有機大豆と国産有機小麦を使用して、約1年間杉製の木桶で発酵・熟成されています。厳密に検査され、有機JAS認証された醤油です。木桶には、蔵独自の何種類もの酵母菌が住み着くので深みのある香りの良い、醤油を醸造することができます。保存方法・取扱上の注意保存は直射日光を避け、常温で保存をお願いします。開封後は冷蔵庫での保存をおすすめします。なお開封後、条件によっては産膜酵母菌が繁殖し白や茶色のつぶつぶがうかぶことがあります。毒ではありませんが濾すなどしてお使いください。
