疎経活血湯エキス粉末・・・3,000mg
（ジオウ・トウキ・トウニン・センキュウ・ブクリョウ・ビャクジュツ各1.0g、ゴシツ・リュウタン・チンピ・キョウカツ・イレイセン・ボウイ・ボウフウ各0.75g、ビャクシ・カンゾウ各0.5g、シャクヤク1.25g、ショウキョウ0.25gより抽出。）
添加物として、二酸化ケイ素、CMC-Na、ステアリン酸Mg、タルク、CMC-Ca、ポリオキシエチレンポリオキシプロピレングリコール、ヒドロキシプロピルメチルセルロースを含有する。

体力中等度で、痛みがあり、ときにしびれがあるものの次の諸症：関節痛、神経痛、腰痛、筋肉痛

1日3回食前又は食間に水又は白湯にて服用。
成人（15才以上）・・・1回4錠
15才未満7才以上・・・1回3錠
7才未満5才以上・・・1回2錠
