＜イントロダクション＞
刑事・桐生葵（中村アン）は、東京郊外にある望野町の警察署に着任する。望野町は、16年前に連続殺人が起こった町。当時、葵の父が犯人として逮捕され、その後、留置所内で病死した。葵は父の無実を証明するために、この町に戻ってきたのだった。
望野署の一員となった葵は、刑事・香坂慧（横山裕）とバディを組むことになる。香坂は、なぜ彼女が望野署に来たのか不審に思い、探り始める。
そんな中、16年前と同じ、口にビー玉を詰められた女性の遺体が発見される。再開した連続殺人事件を機に、葵は真犯人、そして、16年間、この望野町に隠された真実に迫っていく──！
