【お召し上がり方】用意するもの：お椀、熱湯160〜180ml1. 袋からしじみを取り出して、エキスごとお椀に入れます。2. お椀に熱湯を注いでかき混ぜ、貝が開くのを待ちます。熱いお湯の方がしじみが開きやすくなります。3. 貝が開いたら調味みそを加え、よくかき混ぜてお召し上がりください。※しじみは砂抜き処理済のため、袋から出してそのままお使いいただけます。ただし、しじみの生態上まれに微量の砂が残る場合がございます。何卒ご了承ください。※しじみの袋に入っている水分はしじみエキスです。しじみと一緒にお椀に入れてお召し上がりください。※しじみの袋中の黒い粉状や糸状のものはしじみの一部です。※調味みそはお好みに合わせ、入れる量を調整してください。
