■使用方法／召し上がり方１．ボトル（別売り）のキャップを開ける。２．水道水は煮沸して体温（３６℃）程度に冷ます。精製水を準備し、体温（３６℃）程度に温める。（レンジ使用も可）３．適温になった精製水（煮沸水）２４０ｍＬに、粉末（１包）を入れて完全に溶かし、洗浄液を作る。４．キャップをボトルにしっかり取り付ける。５．頭を下げ、口で息をしながら、ボトルをゆっくり握り液を押し出すと、もう一方の鼻孔から洗浄液が流れ出る。６．残り半分程度の洗浄液を使い、もう一方の鼻孔から同じ作業をおこなう。最後に鼻をやさしくかむ。
■使用上の注意ボトルは、指と指がつくまでゆっくりやさしく押してください。鼻うがいを終えたあとに鼻をかむ際は強くかまないように気をつけてください。鼻詰まりがひどい時や、鼻に疾患がある場合は医師に相談の上ご使用ください。
