三幸農園白干梅は和歌山県の南部・田辺地域で栽培される南高梅や小梅を使用して、昔ながらの製法で作った梅干しです。
アミノ酸等の調味料や着色料は一切使っていません。
◆丹念に吟味した品質の良い南高梅を食塩だけを用いて漬け込み、三日三晩の天日干しを行った無着色の上品な梅干です。
塩を控え酸味を生かした「うす塩」
お料理や焼酎のお湯割りなど幅広くご賞味いただけます。塩分約10%。
現在の梅干しづくりでは当たり前のように使用されている化学調味料や甘味料・ビタミンＢ１・酒精・野菜色素（赤キャベツ）等に依存した味付けではなく、果肉の美味しさにこだわり、農園独自の技法を駆使しながら均一でまろやかな品質を心がけて作り上げました。
