オートボット軍のリーダー、オプティマスプライムR5の影の分身のような姿をしたトランスフォーマー。その正体は、オールスパークの力を宿したカメラが、自らを守るためにヒューマノイドの身体と戦う能力を身につけ生まれ変わった新たな超ロボット生命体だ。オプティマスの知性と底力、ディセプティコンの冷血と剛猛さを兼ね備えた恐るべき戦士である。
ミラーレスカメラ「EOS R5」からロボットに変形。カメラ状態の「EOS R5モード」は、実際のカメラの80%スケールで再現、カメラ本体とレンズは実際のカメラ同様に取り外しが可能。写真撮影は不可のトイ商品ではあるが、本体デザインを細部まで再現した仕上がりとなっている。また、ロボットモードの「ネメシスプライムR5」状態では胸にレンズ部分を配置した象徴的なデザインとなっており、カラーは全身ブラック！付属品は胸に取りつけられるオールスパークとEOS R5 ハンドヘルド（ミニEOS R5）があり、手に持たせることが可能。
