テレビでも話題のビアタンブラー 新作発表!2011年8月12日放送のNHK番組ためしてがってんのスピンオフ企画クリームシチュー有田哲平さん司会の「がってん お盆臨時営業中」にて紹介されたビアタンブラーの新作!出来上りました!
熟練の職人が注いだようなクリーミーな泡が簡単にご自宅で!京都府立大学大学院と信楽窯業試験場の研究員の共同研究の成果厚くてクリーミーな泡を「タンブラーの内面構造によって作れないか?」と研究し、開発されたのが、「極上泡うまビアタンブラー」(信楽焼)です。
このタンブラーは内側に、極小の穴が無数にあいています。しかも「均一な密度」でびっしりと。
内面に沿わせるようにゆっくりとビールを注ぐと、穴から極小の気泡が無数に発生してビールと交じり合い、クリームのようにきめ細かい泡ができるのです。
ビアホールの生ビールみたいに美味しいんです!!。
極上 泡うまカップ
5分経っても泡がしぼまない、魔法の泡素人が注いでも、熟練の職人が注いだようなクリーミーな泡が立ちます。 特にコツはいりません。カップを少し傾けカップの内面にビールを沿わせるようにゆっくりと注ぐだけです。
泡立てたばかりのホィップクリームみたいになめらかで、しかも弾力のある泡が立ちます。こんもりと厚いクリーミーな泡はフタの役割も果たし、ビールの炭酸ガスや芳香が抜けてくれるのを抑えてくれます。
